(John 4:23 NKJV)  "But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.

(John 4:24 NKJV)  "God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth."

(Gen 1:27 NKJV)  So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.

(Mark 12:29 NKJV)  Jesus answered him, "The first of all the commandments is: 'Hear, O Israel, the LORD our God, the LORD is one.

(Mark 12:30 NKJV)  'And you shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.' This is the first commandment.

Why did God Send Jesus To Earth

(John 3:16 NKJV)  "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

(John 3:17 NKJV)  "For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

How To Be Born Again

(Rom 10:8 NKJV)  But what does it say? "The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart" (that is, the word of faith which we preach):

(Rom 10:9 NKJV)  that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

(Rom 10:10 NKJV)  For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

(Rom 10:11 NKJV)  For the Scripture says, "Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame."

(Rom 10:12 NKJV)  For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him.

(Rom 10:13 NKJV)  For "whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved."

(John 10:10 NKJV)  "The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

What happens when you are Born Again

(2 Cor 5:15 NKJV)  and He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again.

(2 Cor 5:16 NKJV)  Therefore, from now on, we regard no one according to the flesh. Even though we have known Christ according to the flesh, yet now we know Him thus no longer.

(2 Cor 5:17 NKJV)  Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

(Luke 16:19 NKJV)  "There was a certain rich man who was clothed in purple and fine linen and fared sumptuously every day.

(Luke 16:20 NKJV)  "But there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, full of sores, who was laid at his gate,

(Luke 16:21 NKJV)  "desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table. Moreover the dogs came and licked his sores.

JOHN

Chapter 1

The divinity, humanity, and work of Jesus Christ

John 1:1-4 (ASV)

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through him; and without him was not anything made that hath been made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

John 1:10-12 (ASV)

He was in the world, and the world was made through him, and the world knew him not. 11 He came unto his own, and they that were his own received him not. 12 But as many as received him, to them gave he the right to become children of God, even to them that believe on his name:

John 1:14 (ASV)

14 And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us (and we beheld his glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father), full of grace and truth.

Chapter 3

Christ teaches Nicodemus the necessity of regeneration

John 3:1-8 (ASV)

1 Now there was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: 2 the same came unto him by night, and said to him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that thou doest, except God be with him. 3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except one be born anew, he cannot see the kingdom of God. 4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter a second time into his mother's womb, and be born? 5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except one be born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God! 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7 Marvel not that I

said unto thee, Ye must be born anew. 8 The wind bloweth where it will, and thou hearest the voice thereof, but knowest not whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

The Hidden Gospel

(2 Cor 4:3 KJV)  But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:

(2 Cor 4:4 KJV)  In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
